How do I pay my order?
We accept payment via card (Visa and Mastercard) and Paynow transaction.
How do I place an order?
Select the item with the size you want and click "add to cart" to add item(s). You may select other item(s) to the cart before completing your order. Once you're done, complete your order by clicking the shopping bag icon at the top right-hand corner to check out.
Can I make changes after confirmation?
Yes you can do so, however kindly email us right after your order confirmation so that we are able to make the changes accordingly before dispatching your order out.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order and payment are confirmed, we will not be able to cancel your order. We are sorry about that!
How much is the delivery fee?
Complimentary normal mail is available for all orders with Singapore address! If you'd like to opt for tracking, the delivery charge will be $3.50. Orders above $60 are applicable for free shipping (tracked)!
My parcel has not arrived, what should I do?
You'll be able to receive your parcel within 1-3 working days once our courier team picks up your parcel. However, there might be slight delays due to high volume of parcels/during peak season. If you still have not received your parcel, do email in and we'll be happy to assist you!
What should I do if I've missing item(s) in my order?
We would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused! Please email us at hello@oainy.com for further assistance.
Where can I check my backorder status?
You'll be able to check from this page!
Kindly note that BO items takes about 1-2weeks to arrive so please order if you're comfortable with the waiting time.

Are your clothes available in stocks?
Yes! All our items are available in stock unless stated backorder. This means that you'd be able to receive it within 1-4 working days after we've dispatched it!
Do I have to login to place an order?
It is optional to create an account with us. However, we've a point system which will issue points to your account once you make a purchase and this system requires you to be logged in. For more information please refer to https://oainy.com/pages/reward-points.
Where can I view the size/measurements and what if I'm unsure?
Select the item and click on measurements (under "add to cart"). Kindly allow measurement discrepancies of 1-3cm as they are mass-produced. If you've any questions about sizing, you may drop us an email at hello@oainy.com.
Do you accept exchanges/refunds?
Please note that exchanges and refunds are strictly not allowed as measurements are clearly stated on the website. We strongly encourage you to check thoroughly before checking out :)
I've subscribed for email updates but did not receive any emails. Why?
Kindly check your email junk/spam folder to see if they've landed there instead. Alternatively, you can add our email hello@oainy.com into your email address book to prevent it from landing into your junk/spam folder. Kindly also check if you've provided the correct email address!
What should I do if the item I wanted has been sold out?
You have good taste! Simply drop us an Instagram DM or click on "Join the waiting list" to show your interest. We might bring it back again!

How should I care for my product(s)?
- Do not bleach/soak
- Hand wash at all times to maintain its shape and size.
- Separate your laundry into similar colours to prevent any colour transfer.
- Use cold water to prevent shrinking as it helps to retain their shape and size.
